She lives miles away in Torquay and is tiny and pretty old,anyway....
She wanted to move into a smaller property and he made it near on impossible for her to sell because he decided to get a digger in and dig a 6ft deep trench in the driveway so no one liked the look of it.
She ended up selling to him for 5k less than she wanted (just to shift it).
This is exactly what the c*nt wanted and she told me and me the news this morning.
I said i'd break his legs but the twat had an injury while working and is now paralysed from the waist down 8)

He still has hands that can easily be broken (something my Brother would do for fun-for the record i'm not like that and he moves in different circles to the rest of us ;)) but when i'm down their in the summer i'm getting her money back for her one way or another ;D

She owned it (small flat) and there was 6 or 7 flats in the whole building with a big sort of driveway going right the way round ;)
She employed a solicitor but there was nothing he could do ;)
Wheelchairs don't tend to be sea worthy is what im thinking ;D

Have considered it Big fella but he's in Malta now after all that Tenerife/Timeshare sh*t a few years ago (lying low).

I remember at my sons school picnic a couple of years back one of the mums was in a wheelchair and went down a ramp a bit sharpish, she couldnt stop at the bottom and went arse over tit on the playground ;D
