Basically,Richard Gutirrez,another good fighter at 147 who was beaten by Clotoey,called Berto out,Berot responds with the "who is he" type line.Gutirrez is a tough customer so can understand that ;) Also,Berto reaffirms his desire to fight Gatti. Berto will be fighting May 19th.

Thanks for the read and Berto looks to have the goods if he can remain focused and continue to train hard and fight hard day and day out the kid will be around for some time.
I just don't like when people jump the gun and where already matching the kid up against Margarito, Cotto and Williams. I mean the kids looked good against THAT quality of opposition but stepping up to those guys is Worlds apart IMO. I mean look at one of the latest sensations we've had in Viloria when he won the title from Ortiz forget it everyone quickly matched him up with Arce, Solis and others and I mean look at the kid now in less then 2 years hes lost twice (3 times if you consider the NC that was overturned).
Again Berto has the goods but if he doesn't apply himself and works for it he will go as fast as he came.
Owe cc in 24. I totally agree,some members here get a bit over excited when I see threads saying Cotto v Berto should be made ::** ??? He looks very good but there should not be any rush,he needs to take his time.
