I've got a couple of Italian balls. I think they're similar to swiss balls, only bigger and hairier. LOL :lickish:
mine are of Irish and Hungarian decent, but were made in Canada.
Ice Cold, you should also try some ab straps someday for lower abs.
Great bit of kit but you don't own it until you can stand on it for 10 minutes. :)Quote:

They have them at the gym I go to. I've only tried doing ab exercises on them, but they give a much better workout that just doind crunches or situps on the floor.
You can do more with one of those things than any other peice of eqiupment I know. In fact Give us a week ill put some surprising ones up Great tool.

I got on it first time otherday and i kept sliding lol i was bloody hopeless but i got used to it in end im only really using it for abs because i got big weights in shed i do them everyday i bought them not long ago.Quote:

He showed me an ab exercise with the swiss ball where you lie on it face down and work the ball to where it's under the arches of your feet while your upper body is in a pushup position. This is a great tool. people who train have used it and found that to be true. so what if oprah uses one, I am sure she doesn't do pikes ( which is what it sounds like canvasback is talking about ) with them. Those things will kick your ass.
