Who do you think is the best at each weightclass?
I feel there is a chance this may have been done before, so if so I'm sorry, but being relatively new to the forum, I'm interested to know your thoughts on who you rank as the best fighter at each weightclass, based on the weightclass they are currently ranked in. With all the titles flying about it is hard to define, but I'm interested to hear peoples opinions.

L. Welter - Hatton
Light - Casamayor

You what I just realized, how the Featherweight, Flyweight & Minimum weight div. need to start making fights happen it seems like they are all standing around just stareing at eachother not doing much.... The champs need to start setting themselves apart from the pack and need to start taking on the top names. The only thing that seperates them is that some have belts and the others don't cause as far as I'm concerned they've all fought just about the same quality of opposition.

My top fighters are
Wvladimir Klitchko
Chad Dawson
Calzaghe
Taylor
Kessler
Hatton
Mosely
Rafeal Marquez
Juan Marquez
Isreal Vasquez
Castillio
Corrales .....(Rip)
Cotto
Arce
Froch
In not paticular order and i know its not a pound for pound list as such but i think these fighters bring a mixture of skill and excitement some have been beaten recently some on the slide some i'd fancyb to get beat at their weights by other fighters but this is a list of whom I'd pay to watch
Mayorga
Collazo
Bika
Ouma
Karmazin
Bute
Baldomir
Judah
These fighters excite me without really being top of the tree but on their day can cause anyone trouble and give you a toughie kinda the also rans if you will.
Tickle my curiosity

Re: Who do you think is the best at each weightclass?
Ok, for me I gotta go with:-
Heavyweight - Wladimir Klitschko
Cruiserweight - David Haye (I think he'll beat Mormeck)
Light-Heavyweight - Bernard Hopkins
Super-Middleweight - It's too tough to call between Calzaghe & Kessler
Middleweight - Jermain Taylor
Junior Middleweight - Floyd Mayweather
Welterweight - Miguel Cotto
Junior Welterweight - Ricky Hatton
Lightweight - Juan Diaz
Super Featherweight - Manny Pacquiao
Featherweight - Rocky Juarez (I think he can knock John out, would love to see the fight)
Super Bantamweight - Rafael Marquez
Bantamweight - Hozumi Hasegawa
Super Flyweight - Christian Mijares
Flyweight - Vic Darchinyan (although I really want Jorge Arce to drop down and beat him, I think the fight would be money)
Junior Flightweight - Hugo Cazares (by default coz he's the only guy in this division I've seen)
Strawweight - Ivan Calderon
If you look around though, some of the lower weights have the potential to have some great fights.
Re: Who do you think is the best at each weightclass?
Ok. This is not who the real champions are right? Because, Jermain Taylor is undoubtedly the king of 160 right now, but the best fighter in the division is Winky imo. So that's how I'm doing this.
Heavy - Wladimir Klitschko
Cruiser - Jean Marc Mormeck
Light Heavy - Bernard Hopkins
Super Middle - Joe Calzaghe
Middle - Winky Wright
Light Middle - Floyd Mayweather Jr.
Welter - Shane Mosley
Light Welter - Ricky Hatton
Lightweight - Juan Diaz
Super Feather - Juan Manuel Marquez
Feather - Robert Guererro (I think he would beat Chris John, but not much of anyone else)
Super Bantam - Raphael Marquez
Bantam - Jhonny Gonzalez
Jr. Bantam - Fernando Montiel
Super Fly - Arce 8) No really I guess it's Mijares
