standing 8 count
ref/doctor can stop the fight

NO 3 knockdown
YES standing 8 count
ONLY ref can stop fight


also i like it as early as possible when it comes to the going to the scorecards if accidental headbutt

I agree with you...almost...here's what I think...actually I don't think a judge should be able to stop a fight....way too many politics...

only a REF can stop a fight....agreed with head butt....

I think you have to add the doctor in the mix when discussing stopping a fight

I would have to disagree with you on those rules.
I don't like the 3 knockdown rule, purely because it is an Entertainment killer, but Boxing is not supposed to be a KO fest and i think that if your going to get KO'd 3 times in one round...then its safe to say the fight is over.
So i would say, in light of what i said, YES to 3 KO rule

Yes to a standing 8 count

BUT, it is a very VERY and i will say again VERY imperative that the Doctors AND the referees are able to stop fights.
Doc's are at these fights for a reason. For you safety and YOUR LIFE. It would be very safe to say that Doctors see stuff that Referees never will or don't (not out of neglect but ignorance). Therefore, Doctors should have the overriding say as to whether a fight continues or not. They arent there for their good looks, theyre paid for your safety.

So i would Say YES to Ref/Docs stopping fights

but the doctors are still able to advise a ref on stopping a fight, and the ref will stop it if he is advised to
