On post like this one of Smash's should we be asking that just a small extract of the article is posted and then the link? Don't wanna come across like Big Brother - especially with Smash, but we are asking for trouble quoting full articles?

TBH I was gonna just amend it, but I saw Wacko had posted on the thread and didn't wanna wade in
now and again the sites get all legal with me so i just stop all articles when you get guys who post nothing but stuff from other sites...
britishboxing complained a few days ago but just wanted us to supply a link to the source...
doghouse complained months back but were happy with a clickable link back and the authour credited
maxboxing have complained but are happy with just a link back as long as it isnt a members only article as members only articles should be removed.
boxing scene wanted to take the site to court and complained to all my advertisers and all sorts of underhanded shit so i have banned all there shit or any mention of there site from the forum... just remove any posts that mention them.
but really if the poster is posting articles like there is no tomorrow from a site then they need told that a small paragraph with a link to the rest is needed as it is a bit of a piss take to steal a sites content in such a big way... if its a one off just turn a blind eye to it.
if the poster owns the site that there posting a link to then i see that as spam and it should be removed.
but all articles should have a link to another site and any that dont need to be told to link to the content ;)
and thats the rules as of now till my next legal warning email comes in from whatever site sees this place as a threat.
