Just bought myself one today and its excellent tool i bought quite a cheap one and its great really happy with my purchase my goal is to get sixpack and now with this machine amongst my other excercises i think i can now finally achieve my goal has anyone else got one in there home ??
I can't say because I don't have one, but my shwinn exercise bike is similar. I've seen them before, they have no impact on on your ankles and knees which is better for you in the long run.
Anyways how do you feel using it?
Feels nice and relaxing and it feels like your walking on air i am pretty fit but i was really out of breath after 10mins managed to do 15mins really pushing myself it works whole body and also after your finished your legs feel like they have been running up a hill i recommend anyone who is considering buying a excercise machine for your home get this its great and the fat and calories just fly off.Quote:

79.97 with postage and thats in pounds by the way it may sound cheap but only thing missing is water bottle holder mp3 player thing but i don't need all that if you are thinking of getting excercise machine for your home Chris get this it works your whole body its great.Quote:
