Just Broke My Fucking Hand
Holy shit. I'm at my computer swinging my hand freely without really noticing it, then for some reason I pounded down like King Kong on the armrest of the couch beside me. I did it on the rounded part and again, without noticing it and I almost screamed. Hurts like fuck I can't even think about bending my pinky down right now it hurts so bad. My dad is asleep and my mom is on the couch on the other side of the room, I don't want to tell her she's in the middle of some book.
Just thought I would share. As many inanimate objects I punch everyday, smashing an armrest without noticing got me. Imma go take some motrin.

Might be dislocated mate I did that the other day on the bag, had just my hand raps on and hit my bloody wardrobe instead. It still hurts a lot and I need to see a doc to click it back but it took a week for the swelling to go down before I noticed what was what. Hope its not broke mate......if its just dislocated I would not mind info to ease it back in..................saying that I made a thread on that in the training section. Must look

Maybe I know nothing about these sort of things. I'll probably end up telling my mom tomorrow because it is really hurting right now so I'll probably have to see a doctor. CC mate, hope it's not broke as I do not want a cast. I don't think I would get one even with a broken hand but still...

Mick, why would you say that? What would make you assosciate a broken hand with that? Have you ever somehow managed to break your hand :jerk:? Gotta back up from that desk a bit man ;D

CC back man, I know mines ok now I know whats up with it, but it took a while for the swelling to go to find out. Once the bruising goes shake your hand with your fingers pointing down.....the finger with the fucked knuckle wobbles, plus your knuckle is about a half inch higher into your hand lol.
Hopefully your just badly bruised mate coz that can hurt like hell too.

i never break my hands but i cut easily my hands are pretty cut up from sparring! guess thats what i get for using the cheap walmart tape :-[

It's so dumb it's typical of me, I could survive a blizzard in shorts and then die from locking myself in a freezer or something. I punch EVERYTHING, poles, trees, bags, myself ect but then hurt it on a couch. The thing has it's own heartbeat.

My mom isn't thrilled. Doctor prescribed vicodin :o My mom told him he was out of his tree. Never took an X ray but he said it wasn't neccessary as the swelling isn't bad and he can feel the point of break.
Was in and out in an hour, I got back in time for the Preakness. Also, I get a laptop Monday :D

Anyways, GOOD FUCKING NEWS, I went to get a cast today, I've been there all day and....I didn't have to get a cast :D :D :D Just a soft wrap that I have to keep on for two weeks but it's contused and that's why it is swollen up so mch, the break isn't much of a break at all I guess. He gave me the option of the hard cast for 4 or 5 weeks or a soft cast and just be ginger with it. I have to go back in a week though but I'm about as happy right now as I've ever been.
And I get a laptop :D
