I've trained myself to use both hands now, seriously!
Not just my arm but my lats as well are bigger on the right side so I need to combat it somehow.
Plus I find if I sit on my left hand until it goes numb, then wank with it but hold it in a 'reverse' grip it can feel like someone else is doing it. 8)

I thought it was way too conservative as well, 6 times a week! Phhff that's for wimps.
I 'work out' a set 3 times a day, on awakening, after lunch, and bed times without fail. I find it makes me more relaxed.
My rule is that I keep wanking and cumming until nothing comes out then I finish for the day.
