opinions on their use in the amateur game guys? useless because of dehydrationor a good way to add extra intensity to a workout?

Good way to lose weight quick is there main use.



I put one on sometimes if I want to beast myself but I dont think it has any major advantages apart from short term weight loss.

For me making weight is not a concern.. However I love the sweat suit to get my sweat going. I love to sweat while working out, don’t like cold conditions . Remember to stay hydrated.

Using a sweat suit to make weight means you didn’t do your homework, and will likely pay for it on the pop quiz to follow ( The match)
