Re: Julio Cesar Chavez Sr.
cc .nice clip , JCC had very small hands.. allowed him to slice the opposition's body into pieces. Chavez's hands ( knuckles) would actually fit in-between the ribs of the opponent often causing fractures. a true master of the body shot !

The Aztec Warrior 8)
One of my fav. fighters of all time...
Just the other night I was watching his fight against 'Chapo' Rosario and I also watched his fight against 'Azabache' Martinez which is his 1st title bout. That was a great performance by JCC..
Puya I know you know about JCC Jr. whos the more famous son of JCC Sr.
Well JCC Sr. has another son Omar Chavez they call him 'Terremoto' / 'Earthquake' hes the youngest of the 2 and they say he packs a punch...
I haven't seen him but I've read a few reports on him....

Re: Julio Cesar Chavez Sr.
Great fighter great to watch his opposition level was questionable but still he was great no actually he was a legend and great for boxing loved the way he used to fight for his country.
Re: Julio Cesar Chavez Sr.
Always saw him as a mini-Holyfield. He is an ATG, but he had some difficulties with fast fighters as do most.
Re: Julio Cesar Chavez Sr.
He was very patient and he didn't panic, he's a true champion, you need to whip his ass for 15 WHOLE ROUNDS to beat him.
He reminded me of a smaller Marciano, he threw for effect and pressed his presence and never let the other guy relax in the ring.
