Sturm rules out Abraham fight!

WBA middleweight champion Felix Sturm isn't optimistic that a unification bout against IBF middleweight champion Arthur Abraham will take place anytime soon. "I have already offered it 1000 times," Sturm told dpa. "I would welcome it with pleasure. But two things differentiate us: Sauerland talks a lot and we do a lot....I can't imagine that Mr. Sauerland would risk his only world champion against me." Sturm returns June 30 in Stuttgart against an opponent to be named.

It will have to happen eventually. Because either Taylor will go to 168 to fight Calzaghe or he will stay at middleweight, fight every junior-middle in the world today and then eventually need an opponent who is naturally the same size as him :o :o :o If Wink Wright does well against B-Hop, the middleweight division will lose him so Sturm, Abraham and Pavlik will all have to face each other in a Foreman-Ali-Frazier esque triangle to decide the new champ.

I bet these two meet before December 2008
