how is everyone comeing a long with their Power Jabber 3000?
My jab has improved exponentially. In fact, I knocked a guy out last week with a jab in sparring. Felt kinda bad, but in a good way.

I'm waiting for my ankle wrap to come in mail. I bought some strong bungees last week and I'll be ready to have at it. I'll probably have to leave most of my equipment when I go to study overseas but I'll take few things along with the Power Jabber 3000 along with me.
you knocked a guy out with your jab?
I call bullshit ;D
Anyway I only did the exercise for the first time yesterday. After less than a minute I really felt the burn in my arm, I can tell its gonna help. Maybe not so much with power but for sure with endurance.
I had to improvise a bit, heres my setup (highly technical I know)

chris, where are you going to study? also, you can go into any local fitness store and get the straps you need....like fitness experience or american home fitness.
voodoo, it's great that you aren't actually holding anything in your hand. attaching it at the wrist is key. nice job. where are you going to attach the other end? also, did you get a strap hat will allow you to attach it to your bicep/elbow? that will work the shoulder more. but either one is good. Personally, I do both... ie, attach at the wrist and then at the elbow for full effect. one more thing, for more power, double or tripple up on the cord. just make sure you do it plyometrically to work the fast twitch muscles. that'll give you the power and speed you need.
I'll be going to college over in the philippines, plus I have some other plans for when I'm over there.
von, I'm attaching it to a metal loop on my windowsill :P
I havent tried attaching it to my bicep yet but when I get the chance I definetely will. Thanks for the tips
Hey von what do you mean by this?
What would be wrong with holding handles instead?Quote:
