Ruslan Chagaev. I'm not sure why I think this because I'd never seen him fight before the Valuev fight and his skills were not really on display that afternoon.


I picked Sultan to beat Briggs because Briggs gets winded taking a tough crap. I think Chagaev would bring the power of Briggs but with more speed and better technique.

Im going with Ruslan and ive voted ;)

I voted for Sultan strictly to please SaltheSultanLover.

I've voted for Chagaev. For me though, this could be one of the Heavyweight divisions closest fights. I feel Chagaev would win it, and then a fight between him and Klitschko would be a must.

I think there will soon be some excitement in the Heavweight division. I see Peter taking out Maskaev and then sending Vitali into retirement. I'm gutted Vitali came back, I think he's very boring to watch.

Wow this is acutally a fantastic match-up, very evenly matched, I went for Ruslan simply because I think he's fantastic to watch and has a great left hook but it's anybody's game this one.

This is a fight i'd like to see because I can see reasons why both guys could win and i like those fights.

Have to go with Chagaev on this one. I think he has got more brutality then Sultan and will unleash his version of hell.

I think Chagaev wins over the distance in a terrific fight... a battle of heavyweight southpaws too.

Wlad will take care of Brewster
Peter will KO Maskaev

Then

Wlad & Peter can fight in a rematch, for the vacant championship.
Chagaev & Ibragimov meet with the winner to face Wlad/Peter winner

Heavyweight division certainly has some potential great match-ups ahead if the bouts can be made
