Can somebody tell me whats going on with Peter vs Maskaev?

I have seen nothing in the media about this.

The last I heard there was supposed to be a purse bid in May. Its now June.

Where did you hear that?

The fight is on September 29th. I don't think a venue has been decided yet. All the bloody back and forth with Vitali and then the arguments about how people should be paid have stalled the fight. It is happening though.
