10 albums you just can't live without
Having just seen the thread about the Rolling Stone top 500 albums list I thought I would start another albums listings topic surrounding the albums that we just cannot live without, baby!! 8)
My list could change depending on mood, time of day or day of week but a pretty nice listing for now would be:
In no particular order:
1) Grandaddy- The Sophtware slump
2) Bob Dylan- Blood on the tracks
3) The Divine Comedy- Promenade
4) The Beatles- White album
5) New Order- Technique
6) Belle and Sebastian- Push barman to open old wounds (a collection of ep tracks but songwriting
excels even much of their album work)
7) David Bowie- Station to station
8) Arcade Fire- Funeral
9) Morrissey- Ringleader of the tormentors
10) Scott Walker- Scott 2

1. Van Halen- Best of Both worlds (most recent greatest hits album. I'll just say this to save some space because i have all of theirs albums excepts for 2)
2. Motley Crue - Red, White, and Crue.
3. Metallica - black album (the best songs on it are the ones they usually don't play on the radio)
4. Megadeth - Countdown to extinction (the remastered one)
5. AC/DC - W/eTF their live two dsic set thing is called
6. Drowning Pool - Desensitized
7. Rush - Greatest Hits
and those are just about the only ones i listen too on a consistent basis 8.9. and 10 could be just about any van halen album so fill in the blanks.

some Van Halens, and Zeppelins, some Metallicas, and my list would greatly exceed 10. I just can't dwindle it down. I have around 200 cds, and my brother has about 300 or so. To make a list of ten, I had never thought of, and it would take alot of consideration, and time. I'll come back to this at a later date.

Mine is 'Thelonius' followed by 'The Light' and last but not least 'Nag Champa' but I think all the tracks rip it up.
