After having an HBO fight against Joan Guzman fall through, WBO interim light champion Michael Katsidis (22-0, 20 KOs) will now return July 21. "Michael will fight and defend his title July 21st at Mandalay Bay Casino Las Vegas on the undercard of Bernard Hopkins vs Winky Wright with Michael's opponent to be anounced before the week is out,"

From what I last heard, his bout with Diaz was being negotiated to take place in October I think. Either way, definitely a great addition to the card, Katsidis is going to be in some very exciting fights in the years to come.
