The most-sought matches by the paying fight fans call the day for big time money.
Thus, mentally-engraved tussles like Ali-Frazier, Leonard-Duran, Leonard-Hearns, de la Hoya-Trinidad, de la Hoya- Mayweather (better remembered for its hyped than its boring engagement) Pacquaio-Morales I, II, & III were hungrily feasted by the ticket-waving hysterical crowd, and the saliva-punctuated screaming pay-per-view spectators.
But call it legal miscalculation, negligence, bad-faith, or whatever blunders, a money- churning fight will go to the garbage-bin because of the contractual machination as seen on the part of Top Rank’s promoter Bob Arum and the financially-seduced boxing sensation Money.. er…Manny Pacquaio who could not distinguish between a contract and an autograph.
Because of the perceived contractual hijacked by Arum, he now faces a court litigation from Golden Boy Production (GBP) top honchos’ Oscar dela Hoya and Richard Schaefer who were adamant to be swayed by an amicable settlement. Since the duo believed they stand on the moral ground that their outfit was the first to extract the first meeting of mind with Pacquaio-- who is still lucky he was not sued as a respondent on this civil case.
Since damaged had been done, everybody on this brouhaha is a loser as the clock ticks, and the day commences.
Affected here are the fight fans who had been deprived of the joy any Pacqauio’s bestial bravado’s against either elite Juan Manuel Marquez or Marco Antonio Barrera can bring.
They were treated instead to that ticket and pay-per-view grabbing “highway-robbery” brought by the less entertaining Pacquaio-Solis hoo-hum.
Affected here are GBP and Pacman who should be basking on the overwhelming revenue raising fight with Marquez or Barrera could deliver months ago.
Affected here is Bob Arum who will be legally constrained to cough-up hundreds of thousands if not millions of dollars of moral damages incase the California Court finds him patently, mockingly, and grossly in bad faith in what many considered as the greatest “heist” of the present times in the fist industry.
With this unforgivable and un mitigating breach of contract even an elementary graduate can understands, Pacman is likened to a pariah. He keeps looking for a big fight, but big fight keeps shunning him since any of its imprimatur- if one talks about the who- is- who in the super featherweight-- is under GBP’s behest.
Recently, GBP vice prexy Schaefer mockingly said that not even half of the crowd who watch the breathtaking Marquez-Barrera clashed could not be superseded by the crowd who saw the “useless” Pacquaio-Solis fight last March in the same venue in Texas, USA.
Arum looks pathetic as he randomly picks and flips flops to less appealing opponent for Pacquaio and the less attractive locations like Mexico, Macao, and the already scheduled Marquez-Jorge Barrios match this September 15 under the auspices of GBP at the MGM in Las Vegas.
If I’m not wrong, only the Republic of Timbukto remains the venue unexplored by Bob.
As what Pop-Jazz duo England Dan and John Ford Colley belt’s : Where do we go from here?

man fwock GOLDENBOY PROMOTION and OSCAR DELA HOYA, he doesn't give a damn about fighters he doesn't care about pac, they just want pac because his the most entertaining fighter today whom can bring the most crowd meaning most money.
GBP is a fruad, claiming they care about fighters but for example look at the young 20 year old boom boom bautista, he should be fighting young fighters like his age to sharpen him up but GBP sends him out to dangerous fighters at the very young age of 20. 100% of american fighters at the age of 20 don't take on dangerous fighters they just try to sharpen their skills untill they reach mid 20s. They are doing no good to boom booms career sending him out to who ever not giving him enough time to develop but still boomboom is undefeated. AS long as he stays undefeated GBP will try to get every cent they can from him.
And if GBP had pac they would just drain his career, every cent until theres nothing left.

Woah... I wouldn't go that far. But they are pretty hard on their fighters.
Bob Arum is the master at developing a fighter. I think it's a property few promoters have. Takes patience.

yup they are hard on their fighters, I can't see GBP lasting as long as the don king or bob arum in boxing. Eventually they will fwck up so obviously they'd hit rock bottom
