Hatton fight not on Sky Box Office in UK - anyone know whats going on ??
Anyone in UK know what's going on here !?
Just seen Setanta have exclusive rights to the fight but looks like you have to subscribe to them to get it - ie no pay per view !!
I am not subscribing to another sports channel as pay enough already
This is scandalous :(

Right if your quick and book it before SUNDAY 17th June you get Hatton v Castillo and 6 free premiership games (basically 3 months for the price of 1) £13.99 i think
Great deal imo 8)

Re: Hatton fight not on Sky Box Office in UK - anyone know whats going on ??
I was under the impression that Setanta was going to screen this one on PPV as well, although the Setanta PPV channels are at the end of the Sports channels on Sky, rather than with the box office channels, so maybe if you look there you'll find something. The 3 month deal however, is the way i'll be going forward, cause it's cheaper than actually getting the PPV.
Re: Hatton fight not on Sky Box Office in UK - anyone know whats going on ??
Its normally £15 for sky PPV so its no different paying £15 for Setanta. Except with setanta you also get an extra 2 months free which includes premiership football, Racing UK (if your into horse racing) and any other boxing that they show. I ordered before Saturday and got to watch the cotto - judah fight live.
Re: Hatton fight not on Sky Box Office in UK - anyone know whats going on ??
If you only want to order the fight you can for 19.99 on Setana as you would normally do on Sky Box Office.
Re: Hatton fight not on Sky Box Office in UK - anyone know whats going on ??
Even as a proud Brit I'm not that interested in this fight. All of the real contenders went up to 147. Nobody cares about 140 any more.
It's like the big Brother house. The twins, Chanelle and Emily are all topless sunbathing in the garden whilst Tracy and Carole sit in the bedroom smoking fags. Where do you think the cameras are going to be?
Re: Hatton fight not on Sky Box Office in UK - anyone know whats going on ??
will take the fifteen quid deal and make sure I remember to switch it off this time as I know they charge you if you go one day over !
cheers
Guess they are going to have the premiership plus games that Sky had for years - that was only £50 a season though
£15 a month is too much to pay for that IMO ::**

Does seem steep and they'll be the 'leftover games' too ;)

I know that I am going to put a reminder in my phone to switch it off the day before, cause £15 a month for only 1/6 of the televised matches doesn't add up for me. However, if their coverage of big American boxing bouts continues, like Cotto v Judah, I might be persuaded to reconsider.

Re: Hatton fight not on Sky Box Office in UK - anyone know whats going on ??
Has anyone found a schedule of what boxing fights the Setanta lot are going to cover? The only two I can find are Ricky's fight, and the John Duddy fight in July.
