on a side note if you haven't watched this season of TUF you've missed out on some good youngsters
Lauzon looked great till a rather uninspired match with Manny Gamburiyan(sp?) who has impressed me more and more with each fight. Nate Diaz doesn't seem to have his brother's standup but his BJJ is awesome and he's tough as nails. His fight to get to the finals was awesome. If you did watch the last two episoded what was the deal with Karo? He came off as a total prick....I always liked the guy, but his attitude during the show was crap

It would take more than Roids for Royce to beat Hughes. Maybe 3 to 4 adrenaline shots, 12 roid pills, a shot of tequila, and a joint. Then maybe. ;D

it seems that alot of guys who are used to fighting in japan dont realize what qualifies as an illegal substance here, there are some substances you can legally get at places like GNC that5 are banned by some athletic commissions and alot of guys who mainly fight in japan dont seem to know this
