Does Hatton rely heavily on supplements to shift his fat, or do it through
sheer hard work? He seems to get rid of a lot quickly.

u sound like a supplement is a magic fat loss pill, sure they can help but it would be pain either way.
If you know alot about nutrition then it would be easier for the person to lose of weight, i know Ricky and Graham have strong connections with Former Mr Olympia Dorian Yates and his partner Kerry Kayes. So it would make sense how he could shift the weight so easily

According to Paul Speak and his dietician (who both spoke last night on Setanta) he has 50% foods (which he hates) and 50% supplements ;)

By next week you could be 47 lbs over.
Seriously it's not healthy to lose more than 3 pounds a week at that weight
and when you get closer to being fit 2 pounds a week.
If you want to lose weight DIET, that is the key.
Here are some tips.
Drink water.
Eat a lot of vegetables.
Eat lean meats.
When eating carbs eat only whole grain (not whole wheat, whole grain).
Eat smaller meals more often.
Take a 2-a-day vitamin.
Don't eat anything that's fried.
Don't eat anything hydrogenated
Stay away from refined sugars.
Lower your sodium intake.
Stay away from caffeine (limit to one drink a day)
Go for a nice walk in the morning and afternoon.
No carbs after 5 pm unless you are going to be very active after that
No food at all after 7 pm
and voila you're losing weight.

I don't finish work till about 2am, what time should I have my last meal? Not very active at work, sit on my fat Aris driving a cab.

At that time of day mate I'd go for a kebab or Miss Millies. Sort you out a treat that will. Ooh, remember to have salad on it though wont you ;)

And no mayonaisse, its the sauces that are the real bad guys ;)

I agree with everything except the whole wheat thing. Wheat is a grain. Whole wheat = whole grain.
Avoid multigrain if it doesn't say "whole" before it.

i reckon he either knocks down a couple of ethergen tablets a day or has a twin brother who no one knows about who is like his stunt double to syke his opponents out thinkin he is out of shape
