My virus scanner is telling me i have 3 viruses but its not getting rid of them?

Ok how am i supposed to get rid of these things?

Running the scan one more time to make sure i got rid of them.

It will probably find all three again and say "WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO DO WITH THESE?" like mine does. Shit thing it is.

No mines even better if it can fix it it does so automatically, if it can't it just shows how many i have and basically says "You better do something about these".

most scanners will do something with the virus, your antivirus must be telling you something nore than what you're telling us. Please provide us with those details.

if you click on the name it will give you suggestions on how to get rid of it. Much better than the one i had back when we got our first computer that thing wouldn't fix anything. That one literally would just tell you the name of the virus and pretty much do nothing but give you something to search for on the internet (provide your computer could still function).

What antivirus product do you have? Norton if it can't kill the virus, will quarantine the infected files.

i got the one that came with my internet provider and its pretty good.

With what you have told ne, I don't know enough to help you. Goo d luck with it.

Second scan came back negative i fixed it ;D
