Brisbane boxer Omar Shaick has been suspended for two years after refusing to give a urine sample because of his religious beliefs.
This case really opens a minefield of litigation - I suspect he didn't want to do the test for other reasons.

he knew the rules regarding testing, if he didn't agree to the terms then he shouldn't be boxing.

He knew there was a possibility of drug testing when he became a boxer. You can't be exempt. Did Naz ever take a drugs test?
