Gordys Checklist. Are you a Psychopath ?

Well i would say i exhibit some of the below but not all .

Psychopaths make excellents soldiers according to my mate so i looked up what determines a checklist .

I'm trying to memorise it so i can look good in conversation .

Remember to spell 'i' witha capital letter .




1.Superficial charm and above average intelligence.
2. Absence of delusions and other signs of irrational thinking.
3. Absence of nervousness or neurotic manifestations.
4. Unreliability.
5. Untruthfulness and insincerity.
6. Lack of remorse or shame.
7. Antisocial behavior without apparent compunction.
8. Poor judgment and failure to learn from experience.
9. Pathological egocentricity and incapacity to love.
10. General poverty in major affective reactions.
11. Specific loss of insight.
12. Unresponsiveness in general interpersonal relations.
13. Fantastic and uninviting behavior with drink, and sometimes without.
14. Suicide threats rarely carried out.
15. Sex life impersonal, trivial, and poorly integrated.
16. Failure to follow any life plan

I tick most of those boxes myself I think, although in my experience the biggest sign of a pyschopath, in the movies at least is a deep love for classical music.

Personally if I ever meet a dude who likes to listen to a bit of Chopin late at night then I would give them a very wide berth

Their early work was a little too New Wave for my
taste. But then Sports came out in 1983, I think they really
came into their own, commercially and artistically.

The whole album has a clear, crisp sound and a new sheen of
consummate professionalism that gives the songs a big boost.

He's been compared to ELvis Costello but I think
Huey has a more bitter, cynical sense of humor.

Today i went and bought 'classic FM at the movies' its a comiplation of Film scores and it totally F****** Rocks , i also have a CD which i bought in January , A collection Motzarts Slow Movements . ( thought it might be somethint to do with a lack of Fibre tehehe)

Cant believe 5 responses in a 10 minutes , I'm sensing alot of insecure Saddoians .

I scored 9 outa 16 but only when I'm pissed off .

I remember when I read that a couple years ago...I thought I was pretty desensitized at the time but those torture scenes were so descriptive and graphic I almost had to put the book down.

The book was much better then the movie..the book was far more graphic.


About that list, I think it would make more sense if the words "absence of" were taken out of #2 and #3

And Gordy...your post on how to break a woman down into an insecure emotional wreck and/or subservient sexual slave...i think you are too manipulative for your own good.......make that for other peoples good :(

To some extent yes....however, I tend to play the bumbling idiot so others can incriminate themselves. Cunning eh.

Not at all, I have plenty of delusions, and have been told my train of thought is about as random as one between Hawaii and Taipei.

When I got caught for Criminal Damage, the copper did mention I showed no remorse in her report. The big shame was that I was caught by a woman.

Yup

Well, when it comes to getting trolleyed, yes.

What's love?

Well, my charm glosses over all of this pizazz.

Well, I moved somewhere I dont know anyone for that reason....

I just ditched my job to move into a flat with some mates, with no job lined up, and I have very little patience with careers. So yes...

So, am I a psycho....maybe we can make this into some sort of interactive TV show. Kinda like a big brother with wholly plastic cutlery...

I could quite happily garotte a family a Pikies and feel not a hint of remorse .

Punisher , I was talking to this girl yesterday about the difference between a Socipath and a Psychopath apperently Sociapath normally suffer alot of abuse and it becomes a sort of detatchment to thefeelings of others whereas some argue that being a Psychopath is a lot more complicated , some believe you are born with the condition.

Incidently this bird is a big girl , big boobies , blond curly hair ,bit of a belly , wears flip flops all the time and trousers that show off half her Arse, painted nails and ihad a dream about her last night .

She works in a Garage i deliver to and i really wanna ask her out when i bought up the checklist she was genuinely surprised ( i didnt know she had her degree ) and i asked her we got talking didnt get any great signals but who knows .

Yeah i'm almost incapable of caring about anyone anymore, family or not. Oh well less money i have to spend and less funerals to go to i suppose.  ;D


OK it's early and somehow i misinterpreted that to somehow mean SHE was a sociopath. I took some psychology in school, there's definitely a lot of stuff to talk about with it. It'll be easier to have a meaningful convo with her as opposed to somebody who's a hair stylist.

I have a massive conscience I'd say i was a pretty decent bloke but I've noticed i don't miss people say when a friend goes on Holiday i just adapt and never really long for them to come back , sometimes when they do i feel almost hustled out of my routine !

Thats a kinda detachment , i use to wander off on days out with the boys but thats because i Don't really like big groups and the same old chat .


I hate seeing Chimps chasing and killing baby Chimps , people starving in Africa and kids being abused in Orphanages in Eastern Europe yet on the other hand i think i could quite easily kill certain people without a second thought just as long as i get away with it .

Punisher did you ever catch that Documentry on on National Geographic called the Truth about Killing ?

Apperantly there's a test where you're put in a darkened room at Cardiff University and you're shown various violent images and then a 5 minute film of a bloke being killed in Zarie by a Mob , they rig you up to electrobes give you electric shocks and keep an eye on your heart beat .

If you show no change in state then you posses some of the qualites of a Psychopath , lack of conscience being one but also the lack of nervousness - its all related to you not recognising the change in other peoples emotions ie fear ,pain, anxiety that sort of thing .

People can possess those Qualitys such as Soldiers and Athletes who have no fear of the big occasion etc .

2 in a hunred people possess the above but only 1 is a psychopath .

It fascinaited me in fact I'm gonna try and look it up .
