Different trainers

Being an American, I always hear{as I'm sure everyone around the world hears,lol}, how the greatest fighters and trainers are here in the States. I'm wondering what everyone's take on this is?? Just since Ricky Hatton and Mayweather are a big topic right now; what do you guys think would have been the result of Ricky being brought here early on and training with well known trainers over here in the States?? Do you think he would have been molded differently or been more respected or a ""better fighter""?? Same questions apply to Mayweather or Calzaghe ot Hagler or anyone for that matter. I hope it's not a silly question; just wondering what everyone's thoughts are on this "America has the best" thing. Being American doesn't mean I feel we have the best, though we have alot nd it's obvious all the big fights for the most part come over here, but that might be seeing things that aren't there.
