Must admit I've never heard of the guy he's fighting but I wish him luck at 28 he's more than ready for a shot at some title.
Sure does seem a long time since Arthur was in a decent match.
Gogoladze is a chinny dangerous slickster from what I know. Was nearly sparked out in an up-and-downer with Carl Johanneson but got the decision
That's no surprise to me Johanssen has quite a lick on him and I reckon he'd KO Arthur :D
Gomez was donkeys ago and I'm amazed at just how much it pushed his career back...
Just how much has Arthur changed since the Gomez loss? He hasn't really been involved in a meaningful fight since then...Which really does seem like forever ago.
And similarly to talking at cameras when he was hurt on the floor, last time out he was leaning over the ropes whopping up with FW whilst the other guy was still in the fight
I think Arthur can win, but I wouldn't be surprised if he comes unstuck again.
I agree Arthur could come unstuck but I think it will be by someone higher up the food chain.
There were chinks in Arthurs armour BEFORE the Gomez fight. The improvements are there to see. He is much tighter, tactical and intelligent.
We'll know for sure when he fights a top world contender who can draw him into the same kind of brawl that Gomez did.
Agreed i don't know what is taking so long maybe that Gomez loss has made him think am i really a world class fighter ??Quote:
