im new, got some questions~!
Hello Guys, im new here. I'd just like to say nice forum it looks great and lots of information on it. well im looking to get back into shape im 10lbs over weight and low stamina because i had to quit working out because of money issues. but now im intrested in joining some MMA and some boxing i have a gym hooked up and everything.i know that by going to the gym i will get in shape but before i sign up i want to drop the 10 lbs and become very flexible.my plans in the first place consists of Biking for 4 hours daily ,drinking lots of water , some jumping rope, and little things like pushups,crunches and some stretchs to become flexible. think this will pop me into shape within month? i want to get into shape first so i dont over do it and hurt myself sparring,etc.

i was in your postion about 6 months ago, tryin to get in shape before i went back to the gym, until i realized how impossible and retarded it is, gym is more fun and you got sumtin to make you workout and motivate you, and you will get in shape in a gym way faster than on your own,imo you wont get in shape until you hit the gym cuz ull eventually realize itll take you forver on ur own, ull jus be killing time and eventually goin to the gym outta shape anyway so mite as well go back now and get in shape that way, belive me its alot better fuck all that, so wat ull get beat up fora month or 2 , than u get back in shape and show those guys wat ur really bout

right on, dude, ya i guess i should do that since im not really out of shape, ill go tommarow night to the gym they got a class on the go :P

^ good , belive me u wont regret it i didnt, u may be hazy on going and feel way off but it will pay in the longrun good luck and have a cc
