Average male on street say ''I would easily Matt Skelton in or out the ring''

When Amir khan is fighting on television, there alway seem to a British Heavyweight title holder fighting on the same show. Unfortunantely Amir Khan is fight are usually the undercard fight.
Alot of people are 24-7 talking about amir khan(in britain). And sometime they will say ''oh i saw two of the british heavyweight fighting after amir khan fight and men it this the sad state the British Heavyweight are in''
Then i'll some time butt in the conversation and say 'they deserve some respect for fighting in a boxing ring''
I'm not exactly saying that the average person cannot beat up Matt skelton but wha i'm saying is that in boxing expert opinion matt skelton will have the edge but in the general public opinion An average person has the edge. Just look at the fact 1 in 4 people in Britain are obese and Skelton is also obese, Also skelton is more slower and stiffer than a average person.
Soo many people have said to ''what is he doing as British Heavyweight champion, even I would beat him up'' and am telling you this ain't no figure of speech as these guy literally mean it. Alot of these people who say it are busy working and spending time wih their family while enjoying their lives, their actually say it feel no honour to waste time preparing 6 week to fight Matt skelton and then beating him. People in Britain already realise what a waste of time it will be for ITV to show the fight of Matt skelton vs michael sprot since they are both bad as each other.

From what I gather Mick ( Can't guarentee the accuracy of my translation)

He is trying to say he is not sure exactly why he started the thread but for some reason can not stop typing. Also from what I gather Matt Skelton at some point and time took his lunch money in Junior High School and would like someone to come in off the street and kick his A** to teach Matt a lesson.

I also am getting some kind of hint that he thinks Amir Khan can do this for him and after taking a public opinion poll with some unknown British Citizens they agree. Except for those who believe Skelton is over weight and they feel Khan should help Matt lose weight by having him run around a boxing ring. And he means no dis-respect by any of this.... ??? :-\

He thinks Skelton is over rated so does the general concensus but over rated or not Skelton is a professional fighter and no matter how he performs he gives him credit just for going in the ring and going after his dream

Plus Amir Kahn seems be the star of any card he is on even though he is not the main event :D

matt skelton may not be a one punch ko artist inside the ring, but no doubt he would knock the block of any average guy off. forget skelton, a lightweight or a welterweight would seriously mess up an average street heavyweight. i've heard of guys who weight 9 stone and get into scuffles with bouncers and come out on top.

matt skelton may look obese but thats the way he has been built, he used to do thai boxing which required him to kick to his opponents head, you have to be fit and flexible to do that! forget skelton, any top 10 boxer in the BRITISH scene would kick the living day lights out of the average chump. these guys train to fight.

im getting the impression that your a failed boxer, who is now the family guy who is bouncing his kid on his lap and just want to post this BS to make yourself feel better and a little 'online tougher'.
these guys that say 'o i'll beat him' whilst gulping down a pint of beer, is simply drunk. i cant believe you were stupid enough to think this, a professional fight would and could kill any average chump of the street, and i mean mma boxing or wateva!
