He hasnt had the work he deserves, hes a good fighter short of match practice
Luevano isnt a banger and that first knockdown was a sickener, really took the wind out of his sails. Harrison was his best shot at a title, he would have beaten him IMO. Disgracefull chain of events that was.
Yeah I think he can, but he just wasn't ready this time. He needs to get back on the horse and work at it. Feather is weak enough for him to get another chance at somebody. I was concerned going in but I wanted to believe in him. He'll win it eventually IMO.
Even before the first knockdown, brief time that it was, Cook looked like he didn't have a clue. As you say once that occured he was always gonna be struggling.Quote:

Luevano was beatable yet Cook was out thought, out speeded, out powered, and as you say lost it mentally.
I'm a fan of Cook but to be honest ive never seen him as a world beater so wasn't surprised at the result.
