Kenyan Town Enforces Law That Requires Donkeys To Wear Nappies!

In a bid to clean up the streets all donkeys in the Kenyan town of Limaru must now wear nappies :biglaugh:

I'm amazed that some English councils havn't come up with this before for dogs, it so sounds like an English council scheme :lolhaha:

Maybe now they've been given the idea :-X

Come on guys this is hilarious, a Kenyan city council forcing all owners to put nappies on their donkeys, that's the funniest thing I've ever heard :D
