How good is Sultan Ibragimov

Well he has a record of 21 win 0 losses and 1 draw (17ko)
It a decent record but there only 2 well know names that he beaten. One of the fighter is lance whitaker who hold a 2nd round ko win over oleg maskaev (currently wbc Hevayweight world champion). Lance whitaker ko oleg by just a jab. These thing can happen as Jack Dempsey was layed out in first ten seconds of first round by a bum.
The other well known opponent that Sultan beat is of course Shannon Briggs, shannon has beat a legend like foreman and also nearly ko lennox (in the first round). If shannon never had a astma attack or weight few stone more as he does now then he would have put lennox to sleep.
Sultan has only struggled in 1 fight, Sultan Ibragimov had to fight Ray Austin last year and the winner from this fight was promised a shot at the world title. But the fight ended a draw, Ray austin stand at 6ft7 and weight 250lb, Sultan Ibragimov is 6ft2 and weight 221lb. But I think Sultan deserve more credit than Ray Austin because even though he was smaller he still managed to get a draw against a Bigger stronger opponent.
Both guy got a shot at the world title since the fight was a draw.
Ray Austin did get his world title shot against King Wladimir Klischko but Ray Austin was destroyed in just 4 minute by Wladimir and Wladimir never even threw his right hand (in the whole fight)
Sultan Ibragimov got his world title shot agains Shannon briggs, shannon was also was ducking sultan and the fight was canceled from March then reschedule in June. We all know what Sultan done to Shannon but if Ray Austin ever fought Shannon then Shannon would have got layed out in few rounds especially after that astma attack. The reason why I believe Ray Austin would lay shannon out is because Ray Austin is Huge compare to Sultan Ibragimov and Ray Austin weight 250 plus. Shannon could not be missed as Sultan ibragimov prooved it and 1 Clean shot from Ray ausin would have had shannon light out.
But sultan Ibragimov is more of a boxer than a power puncher and I want everyone here to remember my prediction since i get all my predicition right and I predict 115-113 114-114 116-112 and the new Undisputed Champion of the world (by maority decision) is White Tyson Ruslan Chagev

Ibragimov isn't very good.....but the fight with Chagaev will be interesting....it won't matter in the long run as Wladimir will knock them both out but it'll be interesting for the moment

Don't rate Sultan highly. Chagaev will beat him me thinks.

Also...if Briggs didn't have asthma he still would have been beaten by Lewis. Sorry but Lennox took what he could give and came back with better. Asthma doesn't affect the power of your punch.

I also think lewis would have been beaten if briggs never had astma, the first 2 round briggs looked very explosive and had lewis in some serious trouble but after that shannon seemed to like he had no more steam left.
Astma does not effect the punching power but it does affect the boxer from lasting the distant and it also effect the boxer from throwing any more punches. Briggs was never ko by lewis but fell to the canvas as he missed lewis with his huge swing punch. The reason why shannon took such a huge swing is because he knew he was too shattered to last the distant and threfore took a gamble punch.

I always thought Sultan was pretty good-until I saw what Ray Austin did to him combined withwhat Wladimir Klischko did to Austin.

He's alot better than his cousin Tumor(I know spelling check ;D)

He is mediocre to boring.
