wrapping hands for competition

I was wondering how to wrap your hands for amateur competition, how much tape, and gauze should i use.

^-^ ;D ;Din amateur boxing you cant tape your hands up at all you can only use bandage normaly crep bandage only on and over the nuckle not in be tween the fingers
