Haye not interested in Maccarinelli fight.
He said it was not a good career move. He wants to KTFO Mormeck(in 3 he says) and then back to HW. Enzo will most likely fight on the JC-Kessler undercard,he wants Steve Cunningham. I was hugely impressed by Enzo's performance v Braithwaite, don't think he got the credit he deserved.
Re: Haye not interested in Maccarinelli fight.
he did from me http://www.saddoboxing.com/5762-enzo...rinelli-3.html :p
would be a shame if haye was to beat mormeck and enzo to beat cunningham and them not meeting at for all the belts.. i know mormeck is regarded as the undisputed champ coz he beat bell and holds the ring belt also, and i do some what agree with it, but i think both enzo and cunningham have a right to stake claim as the best cruiser in the world right now, and for haye to just win and jump up, i would lose alot of respect for him if he didn't adleast try to make a fight with enzo, i know it fell through before, but that was down to bullshit from other guys, enzo signed to fight haye, and i think if they were the only 2 belt holder it would be a massive fight for the people in the uk.
Re: Haye not interested in Maccarinelli fight.
We're talking about a lot of if's here at the moment. Enzo would have to come through his Nov 3 defence, which is nailed on as his next fight, with Steve Cunningham the probable opponent, and HAye would have to beat Mormeck.
IF both of those things happen, I just think that Haye and Enzo, both smart guys would realise that a "battle of britain" will make a whole lot more in money and reputation for them both, especially Haye, rather than a meaningless fight at heavyweight, because it will take him a few fights before he gets anything decent among the big boys.
An unification of all the belts against Macca would also give him a whole lot more kudos moving up than just beating Mormeck in my opinion.
