Weight Training
Hi all. Anyone have any suggestions how to have roadwork and lifting incorporated with the gym as well? Any suggestions, or routines would be great. I was thinking roadwork one morning and weigh training the other, but thats me. I'm a college student so I could do something in the morning, go to class, and train at the gym later (and then study all night!)

In the same situatin as u, in college, find huge benefits outta not runnin full distance every day. May 3 days doin full distance then the other four doin sprints and weight training.
