i have these ADAM multvitamin tablets but not sure when to take them help???

you are supposed to take 2 a day
im gona take 1 after breakfast but im not sure when to take the next because i dont have tea till around 9pm after training so do you think i should have 1 before i go to bed

or

after my dinner about 1 pm but this seems a bit to close 4 me

Make sure you eat them with food, breakfast and dinner should be fine...........

buy the proper stuff in supplement form, those supermarket cheap multivitamin packs are useless
