im taking these multivitamin tablets but i have had a headache all day and my

urine looks illuminious, do u need to consume more water whilst taking these
and if so why is that

Your urine will definately change color and prolly smell a little funny too.
Make sure you are taking them with food and yes drink lots of water.
Vitamins come in two distinctive classifications, water-soluble and
fat-soluble. Basically if you don't drink enough water for the water-soluble
vitamins (B and C mostly) will not be dissolved correctly and therefore
not digest correctly. Are you taking them with food? How much water do you
drink in a day?

ummm i rekon i drink about 4 litres a day and yes i do consume them after meals

That should be enough water, your body may be getting used to all the vitamins.
Can you post the brand and title of the vitamins?

Make sure you drink at least 0.25 liters of water WITH the vitamins.

if they are hard pressed tablets you could try to cut them in half and half the dosage
