Derry Matthews is up against Matthew Marsh next...

I think Derry really needs to push on and although he is young i do think he should really start boosting his fighters. I suppose he is brushing up the domestic scene but i cant see him losing this one. I think either a stoppage or a UD here for Derry. Its set for 13th october in the york hall.

what do you think about this one?

well i am from southport which is 20 mins from liverpool and i am big follower of Derry and he should win here for sure. I think after this fight he should try and fight on the world stage. he is number 11 in the world.

he wont beat derry i can acctually assure you that. Marsh isnt as good as simpson and although derry was dirty he still won in the later rounds. this will be a test but i can tell you he is going to win and probs by stoppage.

No, no, course I don't expect Marsh to win, but doesn't mean I can't hope that Marsh beats his ass black and blue. Matthews is a dirty fighter and I want him to lose. Period.

I think this will be a good test for derry to get rid of this dirty fighting cos if he chooses to do that he will get boxed all night and lose. He should overcome that and stop him.

Hes getting big in liverpool now, it was a shame he fought so bad against simpson. but this is a good chance to shine for derry.

Wasn't he in front of a decent size home crowd last time out?

Cause Frank Warren (All Hail King Frank :allhail:) tells Mr Matthews precisely what to do, and although indeed there were Liverpool football players (Jamie Carragher and Stevie G if i recall) there, Frank Warren (All hail King Frank :allhail:) knows best and Frank Warren (All Hail King Frank :allhail:) will bring Derry on fine I'm sure.
