am i the only person who has made hisen look a complete tit on one? being 6 foot 5 and a gym bitch then getting beat by my mate who is a walking advert for frey bentos pies. they have no resistance at all, a slight jab and they fly back. (Thats my excuse anyway and im sticking to it)

I hit one full on once (it went to 300 then it doubled if it went over) and it was just under 300. Then I had another go from the side and got it to about 480. I think they go more on speed, hey I even nutted it to over 300 later on when I was half pissed.
Crap machines if your trying to show off lol they will always make a prat out of you.
most people take a run up but i just lined up the pad with my jab then smacked it from a standing position, next time im gunna send a flyin knee to the bastard

Ive had a similar experience. They have these punching machines in the streets and sometimes its fun to have a swing after a few beers. I punched it all wrong and managed to bugger up my knuckle. I woke up the next day all swollen and black.Quote:
