If Hatton beats PBF, would he be fav against rest of WW's
Just a thought.
How would you rate his chances personally against cotto, Mosely, Williams, and maybe oscar if he did pull this off!
Also would the bookies make him fav...
I would definatly back him to beat all of these guys but i think Williams could be so difficult for him.

Regardless of whether he beats Floyd or not, I'd still take Mosley over him anyday. I think he'd have a good shot against Paul Williams though, I think Hatton could break him down with his body attack.
Re: If Hatton beats PBF, would he be fav against rest of WW's
so would you take mosley over PBF?
Re: If Hatton beats PBF, would he be fav against rest of WW's
Hatton would lose to them all.
Williams too tall and Hatton struggles with southpaws Williams would batter Hatton.
Mosley too quick he thought Collazo was quick he hasn't seen nothing Mosley has blurring speed and would beat Hatton comfortably.
Miguel Cotto too strong for Hatton at Welterweight he would beat Hatton in a brawl.
Antonio Margarito too big for Hatton yet again in a brawl Margarito would win.

Hatton vs. Cotto - would be a very entertaining fight I would love to see this one. This is a fight
where Hatton's workrate, could make all the difference. Of course with Cotto
it only takes one punch to completely turn the fight around. This is probably
the smallest size disadvantage Hatton would have at 147. Hatton UD (Cotto KO is highly likely though)
Hatton vs. Mosley - Mosley will have too much of everything for Hatton, too much speed, too much power.
Mosley KO.
Hatton vs. Williams - At 6'1" with an 82" reach compared to Hattons 5'6" 65" reach, pair that with Williams
crazy volume output, I have a hard time believing Hatton could get anything off.
Williams UD

Hatton would be horrible at WW.
Re: If Hatton beats PBF, would he be fav against rest of WW's
the question is boys would you still back these fighters to beat hatton even if he beat PBF...
NOT YOUR OPINION OF THESE FIGHTS NOW

What does that change? Styles make fights, and these guys all have very different styles than PBF
The only outcome that may be scewed is that of Mosley, but even then only slightly.
IF Hatton beats PBF, that tells us nothing about how he would do against Cotto.

You can tell by this post, not many people really belive Hatton will beat Floyd they just want Floyd to lose. Hotton is not good enough to beat any of the WW champions IMO. At least not at WW.

Well i can't say that it all depends on how he wins but i very doubt he will beat Mayweather anyway but if he did i can't say because it all depends on how he wins but in alot of these fights these guys would have too much power for Hatton and in Williams fight it would be mismatch in size.
Re: If Hatton beats PBF, would he be fav against rest of WW's
well i think the bookies would argue.. i reckon hatton would not be the underdog against any of these guys if he beats PBF, Right now he would be!
Just my opinion anyway

I agree, he is just too small.
I would give him a chance against anyone of them though, he is a better boxer than he is given credit for
Williams is as tall and gangly as Tony Pep, Maussa or Tackie though
How Cotto fairs against SS would make up mind about a fight with either of them for Hatton
I'd like to see any of them come back down to Light Welter and take him on ;)

It's silly to ask this kind of question... How would Hatton do against fighter A if he beat fighter B... I mean it only depends on how Hatton looks and how he is able to deal with different things against Floyd, not what the outcome is(though I grant you his beating Floyd would require him to show some amazing improvements in basically every aspect of himself).. But nonetheless the outcome doesn't tell all... What if he get's brutally beaten from pillar to post and eats every right hand Floyd throws, is on the verge of being stopped and badly busted open, then when Floyd moves in to finishi him Hatton lets out a wild haymaker with his eyes closed and KO's Floyd. Would that make him a favourite against Mosley?? I mean it doesn't make any sense to ask.

That would be great. ;D

surely, if you are not a hatton hater and/or a PBF diehard. O0
