why did EUBANK say he hated boxing ?

in the article they put up on the front page he seems to be all for boxing ??

because he's insane

I've never actually heard Eubank saying he hated boxing, though? All he said was he considered it a mug's game because most boxers got misused and hurt, he also said he considered himself lucky to be in the top 5% of earners in boxing (because he was born with charisma). It's clear he's a proud gladiator and was deeply into the technique and tactical parts of boxing.

Yeah, boxing hated him, but the general public loved him. Unless you were a wanker, he brought a smile to your face.

He definately marched to his own drum, but more power to him he did what he set out to do.

it was just hype , he knew by comming across as eccentric that it would make fans love him or hate him but either way it put bums on seats and sold tickets !!!
Eubank scripted interviews so he came across as inteligent but when he was caught ofguard he isnt so bright.

Nium, have my first CC. I couldn't have said it better. Eubank is a legend. Good times for British boxing. Even domestically!! When do we ever see domestic superfights anymore? (Benn vs Eubank).

He didnt hate Boxing, He loved it, Chris is a character great to be around, but not for to long. Very good hearted but on his own planet, I love the guy ,fascinating company.
