Can anyone help me play DVD's (including copies) on my laptop please??

I have a DELL XPS M170 it has good spec and all.
I have windows media player 11 installed.
That's it really, if anyone can tell me what I need to download and it works I'll reward you :)

You didn't say what version of Windows you had, but I know with Windows XP you need additional software, called a DVD Decoder, in order to run DvDs. You can get a DvD decoder that acts as an add-in to Windows Media Player.

Sorry yes, I have XP pro zzz. Are they any free decoders?
I ain't paying 20 quid for one.......I mean, you can buy a DVD player for 20 quid lol. I want a free one

Yeah,but I'm pretty sure there is freeware out there,which you don't have to pay for...
Or go to thepiratebay . org and download it there...
