It's funny I loved the first and third ones and thought the second one sucked.
I hated the second one with a passion, they completely sold out making some kind of wisecracking C3PO type cyborg.
The orginal Terminator was dark and gritty and had a great feel to it, T2 was just bollocks, basically a childs movie and Terminator 3 was a real return to form I thought, cracking film.
I don't know about Terminator 4 though. If it was about the battle between man and computer and didn't have Arnie in it, it could be a Matrix style blockbuster, but if it's Arnie coming back it will just be too much. He's supposed to be an invincible cyborg, why the hell would he age 30 years, his face drop and develop middle aged spread?
Computer virus?Quote:

It would have to be just right. Different, but right for it to work.
T4 - awsome news! nuff said.
why don't they just go back and kill Sarah Connor as a baby ? - the end :-\
I actually liked the 1st one the best aswell when i was younger i used to like 2nd one better but as i got bit older got more mature ect i didn't just watch films just for action i watched it for the plot and everything else bit like when i watched Godfather when i was young i thought it was boring as hell then rewatched when i was older i loved it anyway back on topic i actually didn't like 3rd one with women terminator because it don't have the same sort of danger feeling i remember when i first watched terminator 1 i felt scared on edge of my seat and even when i watch it today after i have watched it loads of times you still get that danger feeling if you can understand what i mean with women terminator i can't take it serious and it doesn't scare you like Arnie did in T1 and T2 may not be as good as T1 plot wise but its pretty good minus some of the lame lines between the kid and Arnie its still very exciting flick and on does its job and entertains you i actually think 1st one and 2nd one are completey different 1st one is more like scary sci fi film and is mary dark and gritty where as 2nd one is your typical hollywood sci fi action blockbuster with loads of humor.Quote:

Not sure what you mean. Aliens I think is by far the greatest sci fi movie ever made, better than the original. Alien 3 & 4 were a bit poo though.Quote:

Aliens the Extended edition though is the greatest sci fi film of all time imo, and one of the coolest films ever made 8)
Why did you like 3 ?? i think that was by far the worst of the series what was it that made you like it ??Quote:

Im looking forward to the new Indy movie more than I would another Terminator. The first two Terminators were classic, but I really didnt like the third at all!
But all Indiana Jones movies are great!
It seems like recently there making alot of remakes to old films they should of just left the terminator series with T2 but they had to remake it and imo ruin the series doesn't take away how good other 2 films were they were classics but i think T3 ruined the series and i think they will kill it completey with T4 i just have to hope they can end the series with good movie but i highly doubt it.Quote:

It is a good film, but I really liked Blade Runner (The Directors Cut), and would nominate that as the greatest Sci Fi film ever made.Quote:
