The Holy Grail in Speed Training
Hi all, I was reading this article http://www.dragondoor.com/articler/mode3/269/ and wanted to know your take on whether or not it would be a beneficial way to add speed and strength in boxing as well. Or if anyone has heard of this type of exercises before being used in boxing training. Opinions?

The concept has been about for a bit. Its simular to what we do, the results are good. Its true ,you need more than legs to run. Dynamic stretch is the way foeward for strength gain without weight gain, plus making the muscle stronger its the future of sports strength and adaptability of muscle neurons
