Yeah & I was surprised to see it's $45. I know it's been a while since a PPV fight on Showtime but as I recall, they were cheaper. And this is a non-title fight.
Maybe they figure the Vargas fans will be willing to pay for his farewell bout.
Good, week after week this fall, there will be great fights!!
I know this fight means next to nothing. But none can deny that this fight will be intriguing at worst and down right explosive at best. I for one am very excited about it and will watch it with almost the same enthusiasm as I will the other big fights of the year.
I can't see this going the distance but I reckon we are in for a good 5-6 rounds of watching these two knock lumps out of each other till one falls over and stays over.Quote:

You pay $45 per fight, damn, I get upset at paying the £15 here. You really are getting done!
I'd still pay an extra 7 odd quid to be honest.Quote:

I am actually really looking forward to this fight.
glad to hear its back on , gotta love mayorga.
I honestly think they should have a televised Vargas-Mayorga interview during every boxing telecast between now and November.Quote:

I'm glad to hear the fight is back on. I honestly thought the fight wouldn't go on. I thought Vargas was going to retire.
