He says he deserved his beating by Mijares for being over confident and opening his mouth so much. I also just realised that his next opponent,Rojas,is a tall southpaw!!! I may have to change my prediction for this one! I mean it's a very good thing for him to do,but the way Mijares southpaw stance caused him trouble,I'm not sure how he'll handle Rojas.
He also mentioned fighting vIC,which I believe would be a good fight,even now.

Say what you want about him EG but we all have to admit this...Though he is not the best fighter out there you never leave an Arce fight wondering why you wasted your money...win or lose....for that I like the guy.....I used to get a kick out of the lollipop cowboy thing until I saw that movie brokeback mountain....Good movie but I for somereason picture Arce and Vic kissing when no one is looking :P

LMAO,that is some warped vision there bro!!LOL. I totally agree and I love watching Jorge fight and I still think he's a very very good fighter albeit one who has difficulties with slick boxers. No-one can deny he is exciting to watch but I think alll those B- and C level fighters he was beating made his ego grow,made him think he was untouchable. Possibly like Vic and Pongsaklek!

LOL Figured you would get a laugh out of that......I agree about the ego thing and Slick boxer problem.....Arce is not the only guy out there to get that big head syndrome from fighting BS caliber opp....Remember Damguaard ( however you spell it).....a BS title undefeated and Getti owns him a practically shot Gatti at that...I remember him talking shit B4 the fight too......there is a long line of guys who fight low level and think it makes them great....No it makes them the best of the worst

I agree man but the difference here is that I think Arce realises the mistakes he has made and will rectify them. I think it woke him up and I hope he does well. I was becoming pretty popular before he was schooled by Mijares!

Arce needs to shut up and fight. I'm a huge Arce fan but right now he just needs to get in the ring and win.
I'm glad he can admit to being a little too mouthy in his fight with Mijares.
