You're a Canucks fan Sal??? I thought you lived in NYC. They're my favorite team in any sport. I'm listening to the 2nd preseason game right now, Shorty and Tom are the shit.
Roberto Luongo is the best goddamn goalie in hockey and if they can get any kind of offense happening this year they're going to go far. They made it to the 2nd round with practically no scoring last year.

Those new jersey's are the fugliest things since the flying V. The color scheme is good, but they should've changed the logo too, the Orca's nothing but a corporate symbol anyways and the wordmark is terrible.

The skate was ok, I like the retro ones the best. It reminds me of '94. Fuck Messier.
Cory Schnieder is the young goalie everyone's talking about, but he's never even played a regular season game. He's played 1/2 a game at both preseason games, he'll play on the farm team in Manitoba this year so he can get lots of starts and some pro experience. He'll probably be great in the future though.

The best mock-up I saw (which I can't find) was an mostly blue one with the Orca on it. It was a lighter shade of blue than what they are using. Depite my dislike of the Orca, I liked that one.
