Do you think Talylor will be ok? I mean with Halloween just around the corner how is going to handle seeing all them ghosts?

Sure he will. The guy has so much pride and confidence he'll definitely bounce back for a vengeance, I feel sorry for his future opponents (excluding Pav ;D).

I think Taylor could go two ways. One, this fight might actually help him in the long run, some great champs and some sure fire hall of famers have been KO'd, so its not like its impossible to bounce back from. Pavlik KOing him could very well be beneficial in the long run. Maybe he'll actually start listening to his corner now.
Being KO'd by Pavlik could also ruin his career if he lets it. If Taylor starts fighting like he's afraid to be hit or it Pavlik has cracked his chin, then yesterday could be as good as it gets for Taylor.
I think he'll probably bounce back just fine, and I think he has a decent shot at beating Pavlik in the rematch.

I think JT will be fine. He has a good heart and should bounce right back. It would be a shame if he doesn't.

I think he should watch the match again and be proud of his performance that night. It should ignite the fire that some feel has been missing from him. Only his next match will tell..

He should be ok, I dont think he should rematch Pavlik right away though, because if he loses its pretty much a wrap for him. I think he may need a few confidence booster fights, maybe Miranda or a similar fighter. If he was to lose again in a ko or wide points margin, he would always be in Pavliks shadow.

yeah he took alot of critiscm from the fans and his own hometown

but he did let it get to his head he knows a good fighter and he'll bounce back

Agreed. If I'm in Taylor's camp, I try to convince him to go on up to 168. If Pavlik ops to stay at middleweight, Taylor would probably be the biggest name available for the Kessler-Calzaghe winner unless they want to move up to fight Hopkins or Roy Jones Jr. Take a warm up bout or two at 168, then, if he wins, he could probably get right back into a big fight. Save the Pavlik rematch for down the road.

I think JT will be fine with anyone he gets put in with again; except if he meets Kelly for a rematch. It will be a tough mental test to get back in with the only guy that has floored you, which I think is a good reason for JT to take a couple of tune-up's 1st. But maybe it would be better to just get right back in with him while it's still fresh in his mind. Only JT knows how he will feel getting back in the ring with Pavlik, but I think other than that his next opponents better be ready, cause' he's going to be coming to roll some heads. I can't wait to see the next JT.

I dont think Taylor will be okay. He has got through recently by narrowly squeezing past little men and has now been KO'ed properly.

He has made his money and always seemed lacking in ambition. Taylor is done.

He can step up to SMW if he likes but he is getting beaten just as bad there

He has struggled with little men lately and soon as he fought a true MW he got ko'ed i wouldnt move up to 168lbs yet.

I think he needs to see a cardiologists before he gets back in the ring period. Something is wrong with a 28 year old boxer who cant ever get past the 4th or 5th rounds without showing serious stamina issues, even chumps in boxing that never amount to anything dont get winded that fast.

One problem with Taylor is that he doesn't really measure his punches, every shot is thrown at full force and designed to cause damage. That is going to tire a man out, I don't care what kind of shape you are in (and he appeared to be in spectacular condition to me). He needs to learn to pace himself better and know when to take something off his punches and when to let them go hard. Needs to learn patience. Maybe this loss taught him that. We'll see.
