Boxing in VA DC area?

Looking for a real boxing studio in the VA and DC area, a real one, not one thats in a Golds Gym or anything, but one that has its own place.

What part? I know a few in va. The one I go to now is in Ashburn. There's also some directory thats pretty useful. I don't know the link but if you google 'find a boxing gym Virginia' or something like that you should get it.
