Guessing... What is going on with Taylor has nothing to do with boxing. Bernard Hopkins arguably one of the greatest boxers ever is still a force to reckon with and Taylor looked very good against him. I do not think this is just a matter of lost passion but rather something is taking his focus. My guess, home trouble. Would not be surprised to hear about a separation or something. If this loss does not light his fire than he better change careers.
All that being said, Taylor.
I would pick Jermain if he learns to keep his hands up.
I wanna say Jermain, But Pavlik has proved me to be very wrong twice now.
It's gonna be a while before I pick against Pavlik again :-\
Pavlik will do it agan.
Pavlik will win within 8 rounds by another devastating KO.
I can see the same thing happening again! It's a rematch I'd like to see though!
pavlik.
Surprised to see so many picking Jerman?! Kelly again for me,no doubt in my mind.
To me like I said before the first fight. Taylor isn't a good/slick enough boxer to keep Pavlik off for 12 rounds and he can't stand in an bang with the guy. Jermain will be much more conservative in the rematch but the endstate will be the same. Late round KO.
