I went on a 2 week detox and I lasted 13 days.
Now back in the early 90's I stopped drinking for a few weeks or so but I was still puffing and snorting but this time was the shizzle!!!
I lasted 13 days! Couldn't quite manage 14. But pretty bloody close.
Today I got a call from a couple of birds I know to join them at the beach bar. Beers were drunk and now it's back to normal for Mr T....

Everything sucks when you're "not allowed," to drink, because even if you have a S*** day, you don't have a drink to look forward to to make it better.
She has my daughter, so she was allowed to get away with this............ but not for long :D
Recently, I basically told her to go F*** herself and I was gonna drink whenever the F*** I wanted to.
Our relationship has fallen to S***, but I'm actually a lot happier now (again) that I drink when I please.
As a matter of fact, I just got back from Rite-Aid where I picked myself up a big bottle of Remy Martin VSOP (my drink of choice) which I'm about to go sip on cause her dumb a** is at work.
Right on.
Some of us are just drinking men/women. I love my beer and life is so fucking dull without it.
Hope things work out FS, although with booze in your hand you'll always be OK ;D

Yep, my birthday and a great fight on the 3rd. Glad I don't drink alcohol, stuff is disgusting. I'm 35 and haven't drank alcohol since July of 95, I had one whole beer that day and I threw up. Tomorrow is going to be a funny day. One of the cruise ships is in San Diego with a few of my Brit, Irish, Scandinavian, Aussie and whatever else friends on board. We're meeting up and heading to Shakespeare's British pub for an all day bender - I get there at 8am to watch West Ham vs Sunderland.
I have invited a few of the 'drinkers' from work along. It should be an eye opener to watch the beer boys & girls from other countries show them how its done.
Americans are pretty good at doing shots, but when it comes to beer - not so well.....
